Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Reservation: All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance through our designated booking system or by contacting us directly. Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or as otherwise specified. Cancellation: Cancellations made within the specified timeframe may be eligible for a full or partial refund, as outlined in our cancellation policy. If cancelled less than 24hrs client is will not receive a refund but an opportunity to reschedule once. Changes: Changes to bookings, including rescheduling or altering the number of participants, may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to our approval. No-shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of refund of payment or deposit. Refunds: Refunds are issued according to our refund policy and may be subject to processing fees or other conditions. Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion, with appropriate notice and refund provided where applicable.
